Before Your Service
To get the most from your cleaning
service, please:
Remove clutter and personal items from surfaces.
We also ask that any delicate, fragile, medical or sensitive personal-use items be placed away.
Please secure any pets- we love them but when we haven’t gotten to know them yet, we want to be mindful
Arrival Window
30 minutes for early morning appointments and a 2 hour
window for late morning and afternoon appointments in arrival
time to account for traffic, travel and any overages at a
previous home. We will always communicate with you if we
expect further delays and will send a text when we are on our
way.
Payment
We are a month to month subscription based service, like Netflix. We are contract-free
We bill for all services for the month on the 1st of every month
If you need to, you may move your appointment during the month without a fee
If you will be gone for an extended period of time, you may choose to have a visit credited for the next month’s billing or give your clean to a loved one in our service area
We’re contract free- if you ever wish to end services, please do so before your next billing cycle
Tipping
- Never required, but always deeply appreciated by our clean team
- You’ll receive an email and a text after your service is complete asking if you’d like to tip- you can do so here if you choose. 100% of tips go to your clean team. You may choose to tip your team directly as well.

One Time Deep Cleaning
Operating hours
- Monday- Friday 9am- 430pm
- We may be able to accommodate special requests outside of these hours, depending on availability.
Re-scheduling
If you need to shift your scheduled appointment, please let us know with as much notice as possible and we will do our best to accommodate a new day or time for your cleaning
If you are going to be out of town for extended periods of time and need to pause your service, please let us know with as much notice as possible
No Access/Lock Out
- If we don’t have access to your home and no one is home at time of service, we will still consider this as a service visit. We will allow you to reschedule one time. After one occurrence, we require a plan for access; door unlocked, door code or key left securely on property to ensure continuity of service.
Damage or Broken Items
- While our team is extremely careful, accidents can happen. In the rare event of damage, we will notify you immediately and take full responsibility for repairs or replacement, thanks to our insurance coverage.
Insurance
- We carry full liability insurance as well as worker’s compensation, for your peace of mind & protection.
Products Used
We use eco-friendly and non-toxic cleaning products free
from harsh chemicals, synthetic dyes and fragrances that are
safe for your family, pets, and the environment
Supplies & Equipment
- We come fully equipped with all the necessary cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment to perform our services effectively, including HEPA vacuums
Duration of Cleaning
- The duration of a cleaning depends on several factors, including the size of your home, the type of service requested, and the level of accumulated dirt and grime. We can provide an estimated timeframe when you request a quote

Do I Need to Be Home During Cleaning?
- No, you do not need to be home during the cleaning. Many of our clients provide us with an access code or alternative access. We ensure the security of your home and personal belongings.
Satisfaction Promise
- Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of the cleaning, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
